Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on handi's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Tool Rental Services

handi facilitates peer-to-peer tool rentals between users. As a platform user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about tools you list for rent
• Maintain tools in good working condition
• Return rented tools in the same condition as received
• Report any damage or issues immediately
• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding tool usage

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others when using rented tools. This includes:

• Having appropriate skills and knowledge to operate rented tools safely
• Following all manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions
• Using appropriate personal protective equipment
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations

5. Liability and Insurance

handi is a platform that connects tool owners with renters. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to property or injury resulting from tool use
• The condition, safety, or functionality of tools listed on our platform
• Disputes between users regarding rentals
• Loss or theft of tools during rental periods

Users are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their activities.

6. Payment and Fees

handi charges a service fee for facilitating rentals. Payment terms include:

• Rental fees are determined by tool owners
• Service fees are clearly disclosed before booking
• Payments are processed securely through our platform
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform, to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
